Coastal Collection Guest Agreement

This home is part of The Coastal Collection — a luxury hospitality experience designed for guests who value privacy, quality, and respect for the home.

By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following terms:

Occupancy & Use

Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced at all times

No events, parties, or gatherings permitted without prior written approval and applicable County permitting

Primary renter must be 25 years or older and present for the duration of the stay

Only registered guests are permitted on the property

House Standards

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

No smoking permitted anywhere on the property

Guests agree to treat the home, furnishings, and neighboring properties with care and respect

Damage Protection & Security Deposit

All reservations include SafelyStay guest protection, which provides coverage for accidental damage.

A refundable security deposit is required prior to arrival and varies by property tier. The deposit is released after departure following inspection of the home, provided no damage or policy violations occur.

Compliance & Enforcement

Failure to comply with these terms may result in:

Immediate termination of the reservation

Removal from the property without refund

Additional charges for damages or violations

Agreement
